Directions for Setting Up a Parent Portal Account 1. Click the Request User Name “lock and key” icon to the left to request a user name. 2. Complete and submit the request for a user name.
3. After your request is received a unique user name and generic password will be given to your child with additional login directions. You will be prompted to change the generic password to a password that you create. Please keep this password in a safe place as we are unable to retrieve this password if it is lost.

REGISTRATION FOR STUDENTS NEW TO ASHVILLE SCHOOLS--July 28-August 1, 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
2014-2015 ORIENTATION--Preregistered students, former AMS, and former AES students may attend Orientation on August 5, 2014. The school will be open for orientation, schedule pickup, locker purchase, and other school related matters from 1:00-7:00 p.m. Those students that are unable to attend orientation may take care of school business on the first day of school. Their will be two meetings conducted by the principal for 5th grade students and parents at 1:00 and 6:00. Attendance at either is optional but encouraged.

About Ashville Middle School
AMS is an outstanding, fully accredited, Title I middle school located in northern St. Clair County. We proudly serve 400 students in 5th-8th grade. Our faculty and administration understand the importance of adults that are called and committed specifically to students of the middle school age. We recognize and celebrate the uniqueness of our students.
“Expect t! Believe It! Achieve It!” is our motto. Our administration, faculty, parents, and students have high expectations for our school. We truly believe that we can accomplish and meet these expectations. We consistently achieve at high levels in areas including behavior, academics, athletics, band, and service.
